FlexKey Apartments is not a landlord, property management company, or lender. We are a leasing support service that connects renters to real apartments through corporate leasing options and flexible approval pathways. Using the Site in any form — browsing, submitting forms, requesting support — means you accept and agree to the terms outlined here.

1. Who We Serve

FlexKey Apartments exists to support everyday renters — especially those navigating credit challenges, time-sensitive relocations, or second-chance housing situations. We provide access to verified properties, personalized match lists, and human-first support. Our service is designed for informational and connection purposes only. We do not guarantee housing, approval, or availability.

2. Use of the Site

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

Use any content or systems for unlawful or misleading purposes

Submit inaccurate or false information on our forms

Attempt to access our backend systems or disrupt our services

All matches are based on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may impact your results.

5. Fees and Services

Our initial match service is free. If you move forward with a paid support service (e.g., application guidance, paperwork review, or custom follow-ups), fees will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon before any payment is collected.

FlexKey Apartments will never ask for a fee to apply to an apartment. Any application fees are paid directly to the property or leasing agent — not to us.

6. No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee apartment approval or specific outcomes. Leasing decisions are ultimately made by the property based on their internal criteria. However, we will work with you to identify listings that have a history of flexible approvals and guide you through best practices to improve your chances.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlexKey Apartments is not liable for:

Denials, delays, or lack of response from properties

Changes in listing availability, pricing, or policies

Actions taken by third-party leasing agents or management companies

Losses related to housing instability or denied applications

We are committed to support — but we do not control external providers.

8. Interactive Features

Our website and social platforms may include blogs, form submissions, and message/chat features. You agree to keep all interactions respectful, truthful, and free from harassment, abuse, or unauthorized promotion. We reserve the right to remove or block any user who violates these expectations.
